Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale items and accessories are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- To request an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp before sending the item back.
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact our team via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
- We will provide you with the return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Sale and discounted items.
